La sua pratica artistica si concentra sull'animazione e sulla videoinstallazione, affrontando l'espansione delle esperienze cinematografiche attraverso l'animazione sperimentale, le proiezioni multicanale e gli oggetti scultorei. Tra i suoi riconoscimenti figurano una menzione speciale all'Animafest di Zagabria, il Deutsche Bank Artist of the Year Award, il Golden Horse Award, il Golden Harvest Grand Prize, il Presidential Culture Award - Creative and Innovation Award, il Future Generation Art Prize e l'Asian Cultural Council Fellowship di New York.

Piel de papel transforma periódicos viejos y silicona en un ambiente envolvente que contiene el video Ojos compuestos del trópico. El uso del periódico como material simboliza la piel de dioses y bestias míticas, mientras subraya las conexiones entre historias y tiempos, y desdibujando las fronteras entre pasado y presente. El video fusiona un cuento popular del sudeste asiático con trajes ceremoniales taiwaneses, narrando la historia de un chamán híbrido que explora temas de identidad, cultura y relatos entrelazados a través del símbolo del espejo.

Paper Skin transforms old newspapers e silicone into an immersive environment that contains the video Compound Eyes of Tropical. The use of newspaper as a material symbolizes the skin of gods and mythical beasts, while highlighting the connections between stories and times, and blurring the boundaries between past e present. The video merges a Southeast Asian folk tale with Taiwanese ceremonial costumes, narrating the story of a hybrid shaman who explores themes of identity, culture, and intertwined narratives through the symbol of the mirror.
