Of neoclassical architecture, the space served as the headquarters of one of the first lithographic companies in the history of Guatemala. The printing press was founded by José Víctor Sánchez and Víctor Manuel De Guise. The space preserves part of the original machinery and operates as a museum with a library of antique pieces and exhibition rooms for artists.
