The neoclassical building housed one of Guatemala's first lithography enterprises. The printing press was founded in the 19th century by Jos. Víctor Sánchez and Víctor Manuel De Guise. Some of the original machinery has been preserved, and the building now functions as a museum, featuring a library of antique pieces and exhibition spaces for artists.
